  • Payment: We accept Credit Card / Cash / Wire transfer. Payment must be received before the shipment of any products.
  • Order Confirmation: We will send an email confirmation once your order has been received and processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 36 hours for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thekeytrade.com.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
